Andrew Geoghegan

Andrew Geoghegan and I have been industry friends for many years.  I admire his innovative and unorthodox design flair, he is truly original and true to himself and the values he holds dear.  I love him for his personal and professional creativity and flair.

Many of his pieces are on my wish list, most especially his cocktail rings; rightly described on his website as “glorious celebration of colour, shape and the true craft of exceptional design”.

The first of my dream purchases is this peridot and diamond Satellite ring, representing the planets and stars aligning this would be the perfect metaphor to represent my April diamond and my fiancé’s august peridot birthstones.

Like so many people I could describe myself as a chocoholic, so I’m not sure how I would choose between any of these chocolate box rings.  I love the juxtaposition of the blue tones of aquamarine, indigolite (tourmaline) and sapphire.  But just as one chocolate is never enough I would also love the Rose AND Truffle choices…

I love this ‘Let’s go fly a kite’ ring for the wonderful memories it evokes.  For me it’s standing on a blustery Great Orme in Wales, flying a kite with my family,  such happy childhood recollections…
